Terms & Conditions — lock33 Platform Rules

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and lock33 ("lock33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at lock33.cam. By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the lock33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. Access to and use of lock33 is a privilege, not a right, and may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with these Terms.

lock33 is operated as an English-language platform targeting adults in Pakistan who understand the nature of online gambling as entertainment. All platform communications, including these Terms, are published in English. Support is provided in English; Urdu assistance may be available on request but is not guaranteed.

02 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless context requires otherwise:

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on lock33 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are a natural person (individual) acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy in full.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer or close family member of any employee of lock33 or its affiliated operators.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

By registering, you declare and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information, including a false date of birth or address, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

04 Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual may hold only one registered account on lock33. Creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

At registration you will be required to provide a valid email address, a username and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. lock33 will never ask for your password by email or chat.

KYC Documentation: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any point where lock33 deems verification necessary, you will be required to submit:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g. CNIC, NICOP or valid passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g. utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits (e.g. screenshot of registered Easypaisa or JazzCash account, or bank statement for HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah accounts, as applicable).

lock33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict account activity or close an account if KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe as communicated by our support team. Reference to specific payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) is contextual only; no endorsement of gambling by any such provider is implied or claimed.

05 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on lock33 are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated by lock33 without prior notice.

lock33 displays account balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion, where applicable, will be performed at the exchange rate determined by the operator at the time of the transaction. lock33 is not responsible for any conversion losses arising from fluctuations in exchange rates.

Deposits must be made from payment instruments that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. lock33 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to withhold any associated winnings pending investigation.

Cryptocurrency deposits (e.g. BTC, USDT) may be accepted where indicated in the cashier. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible; please double-check wallet addresses before submitting. lock33 is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or explicitly approved during the KYC process. lock33 reserves the right to process withdrawals via the same channel as the originating deposit.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Your account must be in good standing with no open disputes, fraud investigations or policy violations.
• Your identity must have been verified to the satisfaction of lock33's compliance procedures.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be fully met.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed in the cashier.
• The withdrawal account details must match the registered account holder name exactly.

lock33 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing durations depend on the chosen payment method, the volume of pending requests and the outcome of any compliance review. No claim for interest, compensation or damages arising from withdrawal processing delays will be entertained.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits made available by lock33 are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotional offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement (as stated in the promotion terms) has been fully completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account without notice.
• lock33 reserves the right to determine which game categories or bet types contribute to wagering requirements. Live sports bets and specific table game variants may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one per person, household, device, IP address and payment method unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of arbitrage strategies or low-variance gameplay specifically intended to clear bonus wagering requirements, may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• lock33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on lock33 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event or game type as published in the platform's rules section. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, lock33's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final and binding.

The following general betting rules apply across all categories on lock33:

• A bet is confirmed only when a valid confirmation message is displayed on screen and the stake is deducted from the user's available balance.
• lock33 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error, incorrect odds display or data feed malfunction.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time. Any bet submitted during a market suspension will be rejected. It is the user's responsibility to confirm bet acceptance before assuming a live wager has been placed.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day and per market as communicated in the platform rules. lock33 is not liable for winnings that exceed published maximum payout limits.
• cricket markets covering Pakistan national fixtures, PSL (Pakistan Super League) franchise matches and ICC tournament events are offered in compliance with platform integrity standards. Match integrity concerns may result in market suspension and bet voiding.

For casino products including slots, live dealer tables and instant games: all outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer draws. RTP percentages displayed on the platform are illustrative only unless specifically confirmed as certified figures by the operator.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lock33 and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account per individual.
• False identity: Providing inaccurate, fabricated or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under the required minimum age.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to chip dumping, matched betting using locked bonus funds, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Filing fraudulent payment disputes, initiating unauthorised chargebacks or using compromised payment instruments.
• Collusion and cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games or any other format.
• Money laundering: Using lock33 to process, layer or integrate proceeds of criminal activity.
• Automated access: Using bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, odds mistakes or bonus miscalculations to extract value.

lock33 cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where legally required and may share user information in connection with investigations into fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.

10 Responsible Gambling

lock33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be a form of entertainment only and should never be pursued as a source of income or as a means of recovering prior losses.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users via the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on deposits.
• Loss limits: Caps on maximum net losses over a defined period.
• Session time limits: Reminders and automatic log-outs after a set duration of continuous play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of lock33.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lock33 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Any loss of data, winnings or account balance resulting from technical errors, force majeure events or third-party service failures.
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on this platform, including odds, game descriptions or promotional content.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, cyberattacks or telecommunications failures.
• Losses arising from gambling, whether or not permitted by applicable local law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play not meeting wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions.

lock33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or unverifiable identity information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion or regulatory instruction.
• Access from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms, lock33 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance including real-money funds, subject to applicable law.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lock33 is incorporated or holds its operating licence (details available on request from support). Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform.

In the event of a dispute relating to a specific wager, bonus settlement or account action, you must contact lock33 customer support in the first instance and allow a reasonable period (no less than fourteen (14) days) for the matter to be reviewed and responded to before pursuing any other remedy.

For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not create or imply any submission to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts or any acknowledgement that Pakistani law governs the operator's activities.

15 Amendments to These Terms

lock33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date. Where changes are material, lock33 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. lock33 encourages users to check this page before each session during periods of significant promotional activity or platform updates.
